The urethra -it's opening is below the clitoris. The urethra is a tube that connects to the bladder.

Urine comes out of the urethra. Menstrual fluid comes out of the vagina.

A tiny hole just slightly above the vagina, below the clitoris. Not out of the vagina itself.
