I can understand your frustration and i feel for you. I am also overweight and tired of trying even though i am not trying hard enough. I don't know what pcos. is but im sure that whatever that is is not helping plus if you are taking medication that is what probably doesn't allow you to lose the weight since you are really trying. I've done WW myself and i think its the only program that really works so if you can't afford it just don't do the meetings and you can just go to the boards online, you get a lot of support there. I know it can be very expensive but you can try doing it on your own. I started again today but this time its for good since i too have some backaches that i am sure its from this unwanted weight. I had lost 40 pounds and have put about 30 back and i am not happy at all. Sometime insurance covers the gastric bypass but you have to be very careful. People have died from it, and i know of one. You are way too young to die, you are right, but you have the right live healthy, talk to your doctor and ask him for options. I really wish you the best of luck.
