I don't have sex or anything, it is just that I have never done anything to "freshen" up down there. I heard that douches are bad for you but I wanted something that could get rid of that smell after my period.

He has been treating me with pills and blood tests. He says I am fine and no longer needs meds; he has weaned me off of my meds for the last few months due to the good results of blood tests. He says I am fine, but he has not prescribed another MRI. I'm unsure..... what should I do?

My Mom has pre cancerous cells... Grandma on Mom's side died of breast cancer. Grandma on Dad's side had a breast removed due to cancer. I'm scared. I trust my Gynecologist; she even found a tumor on my Pituitary gland (benign, thank God). I'm worried, what should I do?

i've heard of stories of girls that they tell their parents, and their relationship becomes stronger. i would like to tell her, it happened about a year a go with my ex, no i'm 16, i am active with my new boyfriend we've been together for 9 months. i'm a good student, i get awesome grades, i'm very advanced with school, and i'm respectful. i'm not some little hoe, i just happen to fall in love. if you were to see me on the street you wouldn't be able to think anything of me other than i'm some kind of nerd and plus i look like i am 12. i don't want it to hurt my mom, i want to be honest, and i don't want her to think i'm dirty because i've practically have slep with as much guys she has slep with. i love her, and i'm a good daughter or should i just keep inside, and tell her when i'm about to get married. opinions from mothers would GREATLY BE APPRECIATED.. :P

Hi. Im 22 yrs old and not activly Trying to conceive, although Im not on birth control. My cycles have been regulatr for the past 6 months, which is excellend considering I have PCOS.
My period always lasts 5 days, and has since I first got it 10 yrs ago. This last cycle (July 25) only lasted 2 1/2 days. It was pretty heavy, so I didnt think anything of it. Around that time and a bit before and after I had intercourse. Now Im having sore nipples (never have before) pretty bad, irratability and Im tired all the time.
Because I did have bleeding (still pretty heavy) is there a chance I could be pregnant? or does it sound like a hormonal imbalance?

It hurts a lot and drains occasionally.... my mom said not to worry about it, but i'm not so sure....you can't really even see it. But if you feel around for it, it's definitely there. there's a history of cancer on my mom's side of the family, but i think she's in denial, and I probably am too...

Ok, so How big a dosage of birth control does it take to have an abortion/miscarriage without overdosing on birth control? One of my friends might be pregnant, and she insists she'll get an abortion one way or another, even if she has to have someone hit her in the stomach, which could cause more damage then she would mean too... With the recent law being passed here that says someone under the age of 18 can't get an abortion, she's kind of stuck. I just want the safest way for her to have an abortion or miscarriage, even though I don't believe in that... I just don't want her to hurt herself. I'm trying to get her to reconsider, but if all else fails I at least want her to be safe. Help.

I am a single father of a 10 year old daughter. who has started having cramps. which I am afraid that periods are soon to follow. How do I explain to her how things are gonna happen, the tampon/maxipad issue (insertion, etc) and how to shave her legs(which she is ready for now). I dont have family that could help, havent seen her mom in ages.

Okay! About an hour ago I was doing a gentle warmup exercising dvd, I'd been doing it for about 15-20 minutes when my back started itching. It got so bad I went and had a shower, the hot water didn't help so I turned on the cold tap full blast, that relieved it immensely and after the shower I took a tablet for allergies/hayfever. I don't HAVE any allergies or hayfever but I have experienced this before, even when just walking around town during the day, (usally a warm one). Does anyone know what's wrong with me?

I am almost 3 months post-partum. 2 weeks ago I began my period and a few days later had an IUD administered. Since then I haven't stopped bleeding for more than a day at a time. It comes and goes. I am concerned because I don't know if I am bleeding bc of my period or bc of the IUD, I can't afford to go to the doc's til the IUD check-up (the last one Medicaid will pay for) I want to know how long your first period after baby lasted, just so I can get a feel for it. Also if you could share any advice or tips you have for me in this dept, I would appreciate it!

My husband and I were both virgins when we got married. I knew that having sex for this first time was a toss up between it hurting and not hurting at all. Well it hurt extremely bad for me, so bad I had tears running down my face. I've read that it is rare for it to be that painful. So we decided to keep attempting in hopes that after a few weeks it would improve, well it still is extremely painful for me to have sex. We were both virgins and we know we don't have any STD's and I don't have any infections. Is this normal? Is it time to go to the doctor? Has anyone had a similar experience? I am so discouraged that it will forever be the most painful thing to do when I know it's supposed to be a great thing. And also...my husband is a little larger than normal, but I also read that shouldn't be an issue because the walls of the vagina are able to stretch to fit a larger one and can also fit to a smaller or average sized one...so then what's wrong with me?

I always feel like I am going to throw up. It isn't normal, I have had this feeling for 4 months now. I asked my dad and he said it was normal...This happens all the time, whether I have eaten, or not eaten, drank juice, or have just woken up. I can't understand it. But I never actually throw up.
