Zoloft (prescription) or Aleve (for pain). Pamprin is really good, too.

I used to get this real bad. Vitamin B deficiency is a big factor in mood swings. If she won't take it in tablets, buy her banana splits (bananas are high in Vit B), or brewer's yeast (stout beer), carrots, chicken, eggs, fish, meat, peas, spinach, sunflower seeds, , walnuts, wheat germ, avocado, beans, blackstrap molasses, broccoli, brown rice and other whole grains, cabbage, cantaloupe, corn, dulse, plantains, potatoes, rice bran soybeans and tempeh (whatever that is), all high in vitamin B. I've had good success with PMS herbal teas as well. Also, a big fatty usually helps.

extreme pre menstrual tension are often cause by lack of calcium. Try to take double doses of calcium pills, that will help around that time of the month. Also, you might want to try regular excising as well.

Midol or if they get to bad check into prescription pills . I had to get them cause my cramps were too bad. Man above all be really cool and give her Chocolate! It actually will make her think your sweet and sensitive which will earn you major points! I hope this helps and good luck! Mediata or what ever name that said the Tea and heating pad was a great answer!

Why do some many people ask questions meant to be answered by doctors on here. I don't get it. Seek information from a Doctor about this.
