If you lose weight, it won't be just from a specific area. Yes, you will probably lose some weight from your boobs but not enough for a very noticeable change.

Everyone is specific however, I was once at my heaviest 220lbs and a whole C, nearly D cup. I have misplaced and I am now 147 and am an A cup. I dont brain being an A cup and my boobs had been the final factor i concept approximately whilst i used to be heavier. i simply desired to be smaller throughout, which i'm. I do brain that they arent perky in any respect, I did have two kids and breastfed each so that can be why. TBH, i might simply pay attention to being healthful, looking to unfastened weight in a healthful manner and make endeavor aside of your weight reduction travel. I did do endeavor however best reciently began rather figuring out. So if you'll be able to become a member of a fitness center, do aerobic and weights. If you do you are going to have so much higher outcome than i've had. Do chest sporting activities to take a look at and hold your women. Not to sound shallow, however i've been taking into account getting a boob task. I have labored my a$$ off, breastfed two youngsters and feature deflated boobs. I dont desire gigantic ones, simply desire them to be in which they will have to be iykwim. You will unfastened a few of them however you are going to be happier, have self esteem and believe well approximately your self if loosing weight is what you desire for your self. Exercise has boosted my self esteem alot, i believe powerful and get any such rush after a well exercise. Good success, boobs are great however arent the whole lot!

Actually it depends on your genetics... many people lose and gain weight all over, some just in their legs and hips, some in their middle and others in their breasts.... look at your family members and how their bodies are shaped... that will give you a good idea of how you can expect to look at different body weights.

My family tends to gain and lose weight all over, but mostly in the hips when we get a good thirty pounds overweight. And a friend of mine only gets bigger boobs and a bit of a belly and I am so jealous because no one can even see her belly, they just see these huge boobs.... It's like a free breast augmentation everytime she gets a little carried away during the holidays! :D

Generally... if you have to lose alot of weight, you will lose a good amount of boob... as they are almost 60% fat.

It's a tradeoff... do you want big boobs or do you want to drop a few dress sizes. Most people can't have both. And unfortunately, most women don't realise they look better with some nice soft curves.

I say, unless you are having a real health problem with your wieght.... keep the soft Reubenesque look... the men absolutely love it!

yeah, you'll lose weight in your boobs, though everyone is different & some lose more in that area than others so it's hard to say. If you had big boobs before you gained all the weight, you'll still have big boobs after. When I was smaller I had D's & now I have H's so I'm assuming after I get all this weight off I want to I'll be back in D's.

Try only losing weight a bit at a time to see if you do lose weight in your breast too. If you start losing weight in your breast then try a different diet/exercise plan. Keep changing till you find what works. Try staying with each one for at least three weeks. When I lose weight my breast size immediatly decreases too but I've decided I like being skinny better. Good luck.

Unfortunately you will if they are made up of fatty tissue. Some women's breasts are more muscle and fibrous tissues. When it comes to cancer you are better off with the fatty tissue, for weight loss you are better off with muscle. At least that is what the mammographer told me.
