All women have different physiological reactions to orgasms. Headaches, backaches, cramps, these are all normal to experience. Hormones are to blame for the lack of interest after sex, you have had such a rush of them caused by endorphin release during the orgasm that your body just can't handle anymore. If it's bothersome to you that you don't want to have sex after an orgasm, try some gensing in your diet. Drink a tea of raw gensing, I would suggest adding honey as it can taste pretty icky. I've never had a head ache after an orgasm. Actually, sex helps release endorphins, kinda a natural pain killer, and sex, I found always helps my head aches. Back to your problem, I would consider seeing a doctor, it sound like high blood pressure or a circulatory problem going on. I'm sure if sex gave me headaches I wouldn't want to have it either. I'm sorry to hear that, please see a doctor, that could be a sign of something more serious.

Yes, you should make sure that you get plenty of four-play before sex.....lack of four-play will give you headaches.
