Okay! About an hour ago I was doing a gentle warmup exercising dvd, I'd been doing it for about 15-20 minutes when my back started itching. It got so bad I went and had a shower, the hot water didn't help so I turned on the cold tap full blast, that relieved it immensely and after the shower I took a tablet for allergies/hayfever. I don't HAVE any allergies or hayfever but I have experienced this before, even when just walking around town during the day, (usally a warm one). Does anyone know what's wrong with me?

It's okay, Heart is right , it's increased blood flow to the skin surface. The hot water increases blood flow, the cold water shrinks the blood vessels, that's what made it feel better. Martin is right, too, wearing cotton or other breathable clothing will help keep your skin cooler. Make sure you drink enough water, too.

Do you have got any portraits from a few years in the past - whilst you first met? Snap shots that exhibit him watching the way you want him to seem? How about starting a scrap guide - it could be a good way to introduce the suggestion that he wants to do something about his weight - however in all honesty, he is aware of he's received weight. He just isn't prompted ample to start dropping it. Are trying the scrapbook route - and if that doesn't work, go to the extra direct route - simply tell him how so much you adored the way in which he used to seem, but you aren't that fond of what he is turning into. If he won't are trying healthy consuming, will not go to the health club, it is viable that some thing else is happening in his existence that is placing him under stress - and some of the common stress-relievers is meals, so he's turning to that. It's a complex question and there's no speedy reply, but after 2-half of years, you must have reached the factor where which you could be frank with each and every different.

I have the same problem.. Went to the doctor about it and they said I have hives...so I was prescribed a hole boatload of meds to treat it...they were basically allergy meds of various types. Got to the point I was taking 3-4 over the counter allergy meds a day. Still had the issue. I have crazy dry skin and would encounter exactly what you are talking about on hot days. Finally found a way out of it. When I start to feel it I set a time and push myself extremely hard to I really sweat. Not a light exercise a really gruelling one. What your describing does happen for a few minutes...as long as I push through it it goes away and usually doesn't come back for several months. I talked to the doctor about it...he couldn't figure it out.

Is it just on your back? Do you get hives with it? I have a wierd allergy that many dr's haven't heard of and I had to go to an allergist to get someone to help me out. I'm actually allergic to my own sweat ..go figure. Anytime I get hot and sweat a little I get red and itchy and I also break out in hives if I don't cool down right away.

It could be the detergent in your clothes that irritates your skin when you sweat.... try using a different one and see if it helps.
