It depends that the boy take some care to transmit his excitement. Most of boys use them as toys without worrying that is a real sensitive part for the ladies. AS much as testicles in men... sometimes.

There are many significant responses to such goings on. First, ask any mother who has nursed her baby.. where do they have sensation other than at the nipple area? Secondly, this is natures way of helping the uterus to return to its natural state. Thirdly, why do you think the nipple becomes erect when being fondled? Seems like everything is pretty well tied together. Besides, most women find it pleasuable.

that's a good question. I've fondled many a breast and can only say that it somehow creates a woody. I don't know why.
No women I know has ever been aroused from her breast being fondled.
