Have you ever been bed-ridden due to horrible cramps, bloating and fatigue from your period? Normally, it's not this bad, but once and awhile it is. Any other sufferers like me? I bask in your misery! lol

Please refrain from offering advice or suggestion to quit smoking. I'm just under 35, but want to use it for 5 years (and will be 35 during the use of Mirena). I know doctors warn about the pill and being a smoker. Does the same apply to Mirena?

I just turned 40 and just had a normal annual exam, my first mamo., etc. But last mo. and now this mo., my period is a lot longer then usual, last mo.it lasted a little over 3 wks, this mo., it's on it's 2nd wk., it's not heavy very light, no pain. I've told my doctor all this but she says that I'm probably fine but would only worry if it gets heavy and doesn't stop, then and only then she'd run test to check. Is this normal, is this something that happens when you get older, my hormones are normal but yet my cycle isn't. I also was on cholmid(fertility drug) a year ao, several cycles, long time ago, I've heard from other women that can change your cycle and it can take a long to get back to normal.
Confused?

THis pain doesnt seem togo away and is alot worse when I bend over! I sharp enought to where I cry out! I have poly cystic overy syndrom, but I have never felt anything like this before! I am sick to my stomach and I want to vomit. Does anyone know what could be going on in there?

I have been using birth control pills for about 2 years now. I remember when I first started using the pill, I felt sick for about 5 months and it took that long for my body to get use to them..

I will be getting off the pill shortly so my hubby and I can get pregnant...

HAS ANYONE HERE OR HEARD THAT WHEN YOU GET OFF THE PILL, YOU FEEL SICK/HEADACHES FOR A WHILE UNTIL YOUR BODY ADJUSTS AGAIN???????????????

Ben-wa balls: they are for the most part 2 or 3 plastic balls that have a small weighted ball in side them. They ususally have a string between them with a longer string on one of them to allow the user to remove them from a Vagina or Anal area.
They are inserted and the feeling of them gently bumping each other (due to the tightness of the area and the weighted ball inside) causes a constant stimulation.

each day, but it is not working anymore. I stopped the weight loss pills. I did NOT increase my calories and I continue to exercise 30 mins. a day. Sometimes 45 or an hour but I have a 2 year old and 2 jobs - one full time and one part time job so no more time to keep exercising and exercising! Doc said spread the calories out during the day so I am. My weight has crept up a lot since I had my son. And I am NOT even lifting. I ONLY do cardio because I want to avoid muscle gain. The only thing I "lift" is my two year old son. I am whacked out by this scale! I feel like my body will NOT lose weight. It keeps gaining weight, but I AM eating a healthy variety, I SWEAR I am - I teach nutrition so I know about food and exercising. But my body does not abide by the "rules". How do I get over this plateau?

I have been trying to have sex with my man and I am 18 years of age and I will be 19 in a few months. We have tried several times and I never go through with it. We have done oral 2 each other and thats it. I have known him 4 about 4 years and we been together going on 9 months.

Everytime we spend the night together I have in my head that I am going to finally do it, but it hurts so bad and then i just say STOOOOOOOP!!!!!! I tried to relax and we did use lubricant but it does not work. I think I am afraid of the pain. I know girls younger than me that can take it and I can't. Is something wrong with me? I'm worried that this yellowish snot like mucus (i know, it's gross) discharge is a bad thing. Even though im not in pain, nor am i sexually active, but i seem to be getting this discharge more frequently. And it also has a weird smell, like metal.

My vaginal area stings and itches, especially if I wear underwear, and/or it stays moist to long, like sweating. I have been with the same man for seven years and this started about a year or so ago. I've seen a doctor about it and He said it was a yeast infection, gave me some cream.. It didn't help at all. And my husband has never been with anyone else in past 7 and half years. He doesn't seem to have this type of problem either.

I'm a 19 year old female. I have never done this before, and I would love to try it (I hear its wonderful!). How do I begin? If I stick my finger in, do I need to clean/wet it first? Can I find my own 'gspot'? And whats the deal with this faucet thing? I heard some girl did it while she had her period, is this bad? How often can I do it? Hi, I use medications with ibuprofen like Motrin and Advil to deal with cramps. However, I have recently noticed that I suffer from quite a bit of bloating also so I'm thinking about switching to Midol which is also supposed to help with bloat and fatigue. One thing I've noticed about Midol is that it does not use ibuprofen for pain relief, it uses something called Acetaminophen. Anyway I usually take 1 or 2 200 mg of ibuprofen to deal with the pain but Midol uses 500 mg of Acetaminophen for each gelcap. Does anyone know if the two drugs have equal pain relieving power? Thanks, your answers are much appreciated.
