it doesn't really matter what you do or dont do, eat or dont eat. act normal.. like its just another week of the month but you're going to have to wash your private area a little better.

You can eat whatever foods you like, they don't affect your period. And you can also keep doing the things you usually do. In fact exercising and such can help diminish menstrual cramps. What I don't recommend though would be activities such as swimming. Even if your period stops when the body is immersed in water, or dramatically changes in temperature, this is not guaranteed and you don't want anyone seeing red in the pool.

There are no restriction on physical activity during your period. Do what you normally do. Just be sure to stay clean and wash your hands before and after changing sanitary products. You can eat whatever you normally eat too. Any one who tells you differently is just spreading old wives tales!

There are no much restrictions when it comes to food, but its better to take a lots of fruits and liquid intake, this will help the body replace those waste blood. During your period, avoid doing heavy exercises and avoid taking full bath. For hygienic reasons, change your napkin as aften as necessary.

I like to drink lots of water. I chew gum a lot also, so that i can help cure the cravings. Working out helps with cramps. Try swimming or relaxing in a hot tub. Stay away from pop it only makes you feel more blotted.

Don't eat salty foods. Other wise if you use a tampon you can do anything. When you wear a tampon you can't feel it and you can even swim.
