Menstruation, Menopause, Mental Health - Notice that "men" are the cause of everything. LOL

Hope everyone liked my joke. I don't mean any disrespect to anyone.

Have a lovely rest of the day.

Because the term is not an english one. It's actually a greek one. Many of the medical terms are from latin or greek origin. This is common in the medical language therefore every doctor in the whole wide world can immediately understand a patient's problem just by reading his diagnosis.

When every country would have only its own definition of a disease it be would chaotic and not very helpful for the patient.

And menopause has nothing to do with "men".

Why can't you spell "women"?

Words like menstruation, menarche, menses, menopause--come from the Latin word "mensis" meaning "month."
