I'm a 19 year old female. I have never done this before, and I would love to try it (I hear its wonderful!). How do I begin? If I stick my finger in, do I need to clean/wet it first? Can I find my own 'gspot'? And whats the deal with this faucet thing? I heard some girl did it while she had her period, is this bad? How often can I do it? Can I do it repeatedly over and over for say, an hour? Sorry, but I want to know how to do it good.

Your clitoris is the conical bit of flesh in front of your vagina. Most women who experience orgasm do so from stimulation of the clitoris. Many young women think that's where your pee comes out. It's not. The clitoris is purely a sexual organ.

Once you've learned to have an orgasm, that will be your goal, but you can learn about your body and how you experience pleasure without reaching orgasm, too.

For women, masturbation usually takes a long time (as opposed to 19 yr old men, but they've already been practicing for 7 years).
An hour is perfectly normal.

You can use running water, it's easier if you have a removeable showerhead. Again, the idea its to stimulate to clitoris, especially here. You don't want to force water into the vagina. (while we're at it, don't use a douche) Tap water contains microscopic bacteria that you don't need to force deep into the vagina where it can get into the uterus.

You can also just use your hand, or a "massager". Explore and get to know your body. Make sure your hands are clean, and be sure you are comfortable and not likely to be disturbed. It's okay to use a water-based lubricant, too. I don't recommend silicone-based. It can clog pores in the area which can lead to infections. For lubricant, toys and condoms, I'd recommed you check out Condomdepot.com. They require a debit/credit card, and they have free shipping in plain, unmarked boxes.

The g-spot, by the way, is the spot on the front wall of the vagina where the urethra passes nearest the vagina. It's about 3 inches up, it's a bit raised. It can feel very intense (it WILL make you feel like you have to pee), and may be "too much" (intimidating) as you're first learning about your body.

Well, make sure your finger or anything else you stick in there is clean.

You should be able to find your own g-spot, besure to rub the outer lips for a while- don't just stick it in.

The faucet thing is when a lady masturbates while showering or bathing, it is using the thrust of water directly on your vagina, most women love it.

You can masturbate during your period, but it is messy but quite enjoyable. The blood from your period works as a natural lube.

You can masturbate as often as you like. Remember when you do, you will need a lot of time so nothing quick. You can do as many sessions as you wish during an hour so have fun.

Good luck!!!!

most anything is OK but you MUST make sure anything you insert into your vagina is clean including fingers
and as for the water as long as you are not spraying it into the vagina it is fine but if you spray water into you vagina there is risk of many different infections what ever you do have fun it's your body and if you don't know what you like when it comes down to it will you know what to tell your partner to do?

ok julie........get to know your body first.......and relax......then rub your Clit to start off.....you don't necessarily have to insert anything in the vagina to have an orgasm.........that is up to you.......anyway back to the clit.....use one hand to rub your clit...the other hand to rub your body.....you will know instinctly when to speed up.......trust me on this.....

oh and the faucet lol...

get in your tub...run the water....lay on your back and let the water hit your clit at full force.(water should be warm) the orgasm from that is amazing...

i hope this wasn't too much.....lol
Peace.

Don't worry about sticking your finger anywhere, just play with your clitoris and eventually you'll orgasm!
