THis pain doesnt seem togo away and is alot worse when I bend over! I sharp enought to where I cry out! I have poly cystic overy syndrom, but I have never felt anything like this before! I am sick to my stomach and I want to vomit. Does anyone know what could be going on in there?

Now I just got home from work and the pain has sudsided for the most part! Now its only when I bend over I get light headed and and a few seconds later the pain is back for like a minute and then is gone again, Or the pain comes back when I get to active, or have to urinate real bad. Does this still sound like appendix?

Sounds like an a appendicitis. The symptoms you said points to it, the pain in your lower right abdomen, nausea, and that fact that you what to vomit. You may also run a fever, have loss of appetite, and your face maybe flushed. Go to the ER to get check out. If it's an appendicitis, you'll have an appendectomy, where they remove your appendix.
It also could be gas, but since you are sick and feel like you want to vomit, it doesn't seem like it.

If it is causing that much discomfort, I would head straight to the emergncy room to be on the safe side. If it is an appendicitis, it runs the risk of rupturing and causing much more severe internal damage. If it is a cyst on your ovaries, and it is causing that much pain it could be much worse as well.
Best bet is to head to the ER.

It is the correct side for appendicitis. Does it hurt more when you move around or jump up and down? If it does then I would go to the ER or contact your DR right away.

If it is time for you to ovulate you could have had a cyst burst. Regardless of the problem that much pain it you body's cry for help. Go to the DR

the cysts get that bad and cause pain that bad and if they get to big can explode so i would go to the emergency room or doctor right away I have problems with cysts on my ovaries also so please go to the dr and i believe the appendix is on the left side

go to the emergency room and get checked out you may need an apendectomy. if is your appendix and you don't get it checked out and it bursts, poisions go throughout your system and you could die... don't sit here reading about the possibillities take action ... go! before it's too late. definetly appendacitis get to th ER and dont bend over or wait any longer cause it could rupture

IT MIGHT BE YOUR GALLBLADDER. THATS HOW I FELT. GO TO THE DOCTOR BEFORE ITS TO LATE. I WAITED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE AND HAD TO HAVE EMERGENCY SURGERY. GOOD LUCK.
