The best way is NOT to associate the words "Lose weight" and "Fast" together.
The more anxious you are in losing that weight, the more likely you're going to find it harder to lose due to your anxiety.
I would suggest cutting out all the sugary drinks in your diet followed by salty snacks and fried stuff. Fast food can be determinal to your diet. And you should start walking.

Try the grapefruit diet. Its awesome. its all over the internet. Its a little boring. But its easy. It basically is cutting down majo calories. U would be eating about 800 calories a day, which compared to a "normal" diet at 2000 is a big drop! But ive done it and i lost little over 5 olbs a week! Its true! But its only meant to be done for no longer than a month, Good luck!

If you are wanting to get healthy, I would say take it slow. Maybe talk to your doctor or a nutritionist. The best way is to eat more fruits and veggies, cut back on the amount of fat in your diet, and no sugar. Of course, you have to exercise.

WALK
i lost over 15 pounds just from walking
i had a job canvassing and walked veryday but friday and lost a lot of weight and i ate terrible duirn ghta time
i remember i drank a lot of V8 spice and snickers bars but walking is the true cureall
it may not be fast but just getting out of bed and going for a walk cant beat it really

I tried Slimfast once when I had a weight problem. It did nothing for me at all. And since then I've seen reason to be extremely wary of other diet aids.

What did it for me was cutting out fried foods, seconds, and junk food. And walking a lot.

That special K diet really worked for me, and the cereal is actually good so you dont even know that you are dieting. Exercise always works, do cardio and lots of it. Long walks and slow jogs.

Sport is the best way

you have to walk at least 5 miles a day

and run the same , swim 1 hour

that is all

Do lots of exercise and cut down on the food that is not good for you and eat smaller meals and not a whole a lot junk food.

Fast ? Sorry...the answer is ... the hard way....
Aerobic exercise.
Some light weights.
Stop eating almost all sugar and fat.
