It varies. All woman's cycles are a little different. Some women will have their period and then have another period 28 days later and then another one 30 days after that. If you are having trouble keeping track of when your period will come, or if your period is not regular at all, you can talk to your doctor about taking birth control. Most birth controls with regulate your cycle and contain a week of pills toward the end of your cycle that do not contain any hormones. When you start taking these "sugar pills" (what my friends call them), you should start within the first one or two days of taking them if you have taken your pills correctly the rest of the month.

If you have your period around every 28 days, start counting from the day your last period started, count out 28 days and that should let you know about when you might expect to start again, give it a day or two before or after the 28th day. That is how I know about when it's my time. Women vary on the times, I get mine now about every 24 days (I am 41 and inching closer to menopause every month, I know)

as stated, everyone is different - anywhere from 21 - 30 days or so. Your cycle begins on the 1st day of your period, meaning from that day - you should keep track of when your period starts again the next month. Keep track of it for a few months, say 4 - 6, and you will have a good idea of what your cycle is. Most periods last anywhere from 3 - 7 days.

You're cycle is counted from the day you start bleeding (day 1) to the last day before you start bleeding.
I think regular periods range from about 28-31 days. A lot of girls also have irregular period--there is nothing necessarily wrong with that.

you shouldn't worry. classes can seem at any time of the day - from the middle of the nighttime to the afternoon. And even as your female friend might want to have a classic 28 day cycle, there remains some version. Her era might want to seem an afternoon or 2 early now and again, or an afternoon or 2 previous due. do not worry if it hasn't come yet. once you're worrying about being pregnant, only wait somewhat longer. If it hasn't are available in a week per chance, she might want to favor to take a house being pregnant attempt (that may, in many circumstances, encounter being pregnant about 2 weeks alongside or so. study the field!). optimistically you've been having secure sex and also you received't have any small fetus-shaped complications on your fingers! do not rigidity out. solid success.

first of all, 28 is an average. you could have anything between about 25 and 35. secondly, the number of days (ex. 29) begins the day her period ends and ends the day the next one starts. hope this helps.

Lots of things are 'supposed' to be ! As a young teen I had long, painful menstral periods.
A gynecologist (- who you should see yearly at least from your first period -) and your family history can help clear things up for you. If you are not comfortable discussing this with your mum, speak directly to a clinic.

no......ok do this and this will tell you when your goin 2 have your period..... mark the Last day of your period then the Beginning day of the Next period. subtract the days in between, this is the average amount of days in between your period. you can count that many days after the last day of every period u have, thats how long it'll take you to have the next beginning day of the next one.
