My perfectionism has gotten worse over the past couple of years... I become so depressed about not reaching the standards i have for myself that I want to beat myself into submission... i know this is unhealthy but i'm majorly wary of taking meds and therapists are pricey... are those the only two options?

Is that possible that u dont have any disease but still u feel ur breast is not even, or one boob slightly larger that the other?? One of my frnd having this problem?? What can be done in this case?

OK, here it is. I have had to go for a minor surgery recently, and even though I told them it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to be pregnant (I have not been in a relationship, therefore had not had sex in at least 6 months) I was forced to go for a pregnancy test anyway. Then, the surgery was postponed and re-scheduled, then they made me go for ANOTHER one (and yes, I had to pay for both of them). Now I am going for the follow-up procedure, and guess what? I have to go for ANOTHER one, and the most infuriating part is ALL THREE TIMES I had to go for the test, I was on my period the day I had to take (and waste money I really could not afford to waste) on the test. So why can't a woman who KNOWS it is IMPOSSIBLE for her to be pregnant just sign a waiver or something instead of taking a pointless test?

i'm 29 and i have bones of a 49 , my doctor said that i need to get more calcium, but i now tablets can cause kidney stones or something like that, i want to now what can i eat that have more calcium, i now about milk, but what esle i can have that is rich in calcium??

do you leak urine now for no reason? I can just be sitting and leak urine. I have to wear a panty liner daily to keep it off my underwear. I have tried do the muscle squeezes but it doesn't seem to help. Any ideas?

Last week my mother started having difficulty breathing she says she feels some pain in her esophagus aria especially when she eats... shes always tiered and her appetite is gone even though i know she loves to eat..She was worried it might be something with her heart but the doctor told her that examination came out fine....Anyone who could help with this problem thanks
