Perhaps you also need to see your doctor and get a blood test. You could have an overactive thyroid.

eat protein. Tuna and peanut butter are great sources of protein. You can also try, Whey Protein shakes. Maybe go to a health food or nutrition store, they should be able to help you with that.

Ok, well if you're having a problem with simply not eating enough, eat while watching TV or reading. You will tend to eat more while you're doing this....I have no idea why
