Can weight loss change your period ?? I mean make it come early?? I have lost about 35 lbs and yesterday I started my period but it is 9 days early...Can my body change from losing weight???Please help...I'm kinda freaked out about it.....

Hoe do you loose your weight? Normal by exercise and diet or are you sick or do you take medicines?
Hormonal changes can change cycle early or late. But I will not worry about it. The cycle will adjust again.

yes, the hormones that regulater your period are stored in your fat cells, so if you have lost that much wieght, at least a portion of it is fat, and you body chemistry will change. OD'nt worry about it unless you are underweight, they will become regular again.

Yes, actually, I have heard that. Sorry, I cannot remember the scientific explanation behind it. Just be happy that you started! (ha ha)

dump the junk food if you want to avoid temptation make sure you clean out the fridge and the pantry
