drink lots and lots and lots of water, cut back on pop, eat lots of fruits and veggies and also cut back on artificial food/flavouring

You can drop 15 lbs in a month if you switch to a vegetarian diet for 5 of the 7 days per week & exercise daily. I kept plain tuna and plain salmon in my fast days just so my brain wouldn't shut off.
