ssometimes you can smell it when she doesnt know how to wash herself well

not all women are moody or have cramps when on their periods so that is not a sure fire way to know. just look in the trash can of the bathroom and see if there is tampon applicators, wrappers, or pads.

If you are a man just trying to observe...then look in her trash can...there will be pad wrappers or tampon applicators in it.
