i told my boyfriend i was on birth control...and technically i was...but i was on the shot...and by the time everything was sorted out...well i think im pregnant...what is the best way to tell him??? and who should i tell first...him or my parent??? HELP ME BREAK THE ICE!!!

I seem to be gaining weight in my breasts, but no where else. I hate it. They seem engorged with veins, but I am definitely not pregnant. I am in my late forties. They feel premenstrual all the time. Is there some natural something I could do? I can't take hormones because of a heart valve problem. I recently had a mammogram and it was clean. Also any special exercises recommended? I jog everyday.

I can't see a doctor i don't have insurance right now I am 55 not a kid. Please I have a substance like cottage cheese that builds up way back under the hood by the clitoris I felt like I had a sore there so I pulled the skin back and saw this every few days I have to take wet Q tips and clean it, why is it there is it an infection? I know you can't wear pads in the pool but I've never put in a tampon and my virginal efforts to do so just resulted in me being stressed out and standing in a room with several wasted tampons. The sites I read said that I should "relax" before putting it in but... I'm a virgin blindly shoving things up my vagina. I don't think it's physically possible for me to relax in that scenario. My swimming class is entering its last week and I really can't take days off for my period.

Also, please don't tell me any of that "Your period stops when you're in the water" because that just isn't -true-.

I don't know if I was trying to put them in wrong? They're the sort with the applicator and the directions didn't specify if the applicator went -in- me or just near the opening. I'm incredibly confused and there really isn't an option to skip the class. Can anyone help?

I'm looking for an answer that is like something you haven't really heard before... Everybody has heard the, "Will this give me any extra credit, etc." from tv and stuff. I'm thinking something like,"Professor... I've (I don't know) so can you teach me something. Do you know of anything I can say there? I love my husband and I want to, "keep him on his toes..." okay i got the tampon up like 1/4th of the way but im still reeally scared im suppose to relax but how do i do that should i think about something i like something to hlp me not worry about finishing putting the tampon in. Any suggestions will help thanx.

I am 16 and have used tampons three or four times. Each time it hurt very badly. I started when I was 12. Once I wore one to go swimming and it took 10 minutes to get it out because it hurt so much! Now I can't even get one in. I've tried them all--the curved ones, the tiny "teen" ones, everything.
