I 've loss just 7 pounds in more than two months only , i 've loss some inchesfrom my weist but i feel like i dont want to exercise anymore coz its not paying off all my efforts, i know there is no other way to reduce but how do i keep motivated?

I found a lump about an inch in diameter in my left breast last night. I am freaking out a little bit. I'm only 32, w/ 3 children. My mom had breast cancer.
