You can try lying down in a darkened, comfortable room with a warm or cool compress/washcloth on your head. Dark is in case it's your eyes. Cool is nice if it's vascular, warm is good for muscle tension or sinus pressure. I have migraines and I've found putting a few drops of lavender oil on the cloth works well. Also, try gently massaging (or having someone else massage if you can) along the crown of your head, from above the temples to the top (like where a headband would sit). Gentle massage. We're not looking for kung fu grip here.

Maybe drinking water, or putting something that vibrates up against your temples, get more sleep? You could also try taking deep, slow breaths for several minutes.

Sudafed 12 hour nondrowsy. It worked for me when my sinuses were clogged. Warning though, it may make you a little anxious and not able to sleep.

I agree with the water. Drink several glasses of clean water.
