especially when i rotate my hips, stretch my arms, or bend my knees? please help!!! and what should i do about it?

It could be...
A. Gas releasing from the joint itself
B. A tendon rolling over a boney prominence
C. A positional fault of the joint
D. Bone spur/arthritic changes

I think you call that crepitus. It usually is the clicking or popping sound you experience, mostly at the joints. There are several causes for these such as when joints grind against each other. It can also be caused by gas in the soft tissue, where is usually isn't present. Don't worry, you're still okay so far. Although, you may want to visit an orthopedist, to find out exactly why you have crepitus. I don't know how old you are, so you may want to have your bones checked for osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, and the likes.

ur bones make those clicking sound only because u mst be not taking proper sound sleep.doing sum exercisees n jogging will surely n magically help u.sleep on proper time n get up at proper time.take some tablets of calcium.
