i have had pain in my stomach for 2 days now, the pain is all over, i also feel hot and generally unwell, laying down is worst for the pain, as is walking for a long time?

Your appendix may have bursed & your peritoneum if getting infected. Especially, if you're running a fever.

2 days is a long time to be in pain for an unexplained reason. You should see a doctor.
