I'm going to assume the person asking this question is under 18, if you're not, my apologies. The question has been answered several times; however, this is a very serious issue for young people today. I hope you pass this information on to your friends as well. Having a girlfriend/boyfriend is never worth having an STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) and check the polls, there are quite a few of them out there that kill - and no, you can't look at a person and tell they have one! Sperm can survive inside a womans' body for up to 14 days. you could have sex today and actually get pregnant a week from now while reading the newspaper and drinking your morning coffee.
