Do you have any idea how many inches you've lost? That may be a better gauge of how well your diet and exercise are working. Many people find that they don't lose as many pounds as they expect to when they start dieting. This is because they were very out of shape and as they begin exercising they build a lot of muscle-- which weighs more-- so even though they are losing inches and getting in shape, they don't see the same difference reflected on the scale. Measuring problem areas like your waist, thighs, hips, etc. regularly may provide the encouragement you need.
Calorie counting (though tedious) may be worth thinking about. I've always made an effort to eat healthy, but as I've gotten older it's been harder and harder to keep from gaining weight. Calorie counting helps me a lot because it forces me to pay attention to the portion sizes and how often I'm eating all that healthy food... :) I like to use the slim fast website nutrition log-- it helps to track calories as well as calcium, C, A, iron, cholestorol, etc.
Sounds to me like you're doing great-- like you've been really committed and worked hard to lose those inches. Don't belittle that achievement. If you can just keep at it you will achieve your goal. Hang in there!

When you exercises you need to get your heart rate up higher, and do exercises that make you sweat more.
If you have ever seen that show about losing weight you will know what I mean..
The more you lose weight-wise the more it will take for you to break a sweat.
Good luck and keep it going.
In the end you will feel better about yourself, give yourself a goal and when you reach that goal set a new one.
I am working hard to lose the baby fat that I gained after my second child and believe me that really is hitting home, cause I am having a harder time, since I got my gallbladder out, cause I still can't eat everything that I would like, and any amount of water I drink goes right threw me...
what I would give to just rip off all the extra pounds and throw them in the garbage. lol
But I keep on plugging, I also wear a little gadget that counts how many steps I do in a day, and each day I try to walk a little more.

You didn't gain that weight in two months. Also I think everyone forgets that muscle mass weights more then fat. Try eating yogurt everyday, it is suppose to help the body burn more fat.
Don't give up!
