Don't eat anything. Stick to water until you don't feel sick anymore. And just sip, don't gulp. Have a warm bath. Try to get an early night and ply yourself with vitamins.

Get someone to bring you real food, something bland (no pizza, wings, chinese food, etc), because it could be a low blood sugar. Juice or a non-diet soda, crackers with peanut butter and jelly (if no juice or soda) would be fine. Eating very sugary stuff (candy, cookie dough) will bring the sugar up, but can crash you down hard soon after. Low blood sugars can make you feel just terrible and can impair you cognitively so don't drive like this in case it is low sugar.
You want to eat slowly and not a lot at once. If you don't feel better after about a 20 minutes or if you feel worse after you eat, you should call your doctor.

I've felt like that before. You need to order some real food for someone to deliver it to your house or something like that or you're just sick and you need to see your doctor or rest until you feel better.
