i advise you to seek medical attention as soon as possible this could be caused by a number of reasons and every 1 i can think of is pretty serious

The previous two answers were good advice.

Most lilkely explanation is that the replacement blood you had during your op was not an ideal match. This can happen if you have a relatively rare blood type. Your body may see a transfusion as a foreign and react against (parts of) it. This will cause a fever. It will also cause cramps if your body beats up the oxygen carrying transfused red blood cells. Cramps can result from oxygen shortage in muscles (think of cross country running).

You probably need to do a couple of things:
i see/ speak your doctor
ii take it easy
iii eat things containing iron to boost your red own red blood cell production eg green veg, liver
iv eat things containing sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium eg vegetables like kale, cabbage, broccoli, spinach, and fruit like bananas, tomato (fruit/ veg?) and whatever fresh stuff you can lay your hands on.

Get well soon

My sister had her ovaries removed. bowel movements are always 'difficult' after anastesia. something about it can 'block' you. not aly that, but after having surgury in you lower adobmen, the strain of trying to *poo* will also aggrivate where you had surgury. try stool softeners (which are different from laxatives) but you could try laxatives too if you think you need it. (raw) vegtables also help with *poo*ing issues.
if it was 2 weeks ago though you realy should be eating, EVEN IF your not hungry. you need your strength! forget eating 'lighter' foods, try a few bites of something more substantial, like a burger, n see if that doesn't trigger you stomach to realize you need to eat.
if not, then i would really call your dr, and tell him. You are going to have alot more problems with your bowels if you dont eat. you can't be "regular" without eating.
If your temperature is low, I remember hearing that selenium can help raise your body temp, but I would discuss that with your dr before trying that. Your body is really weak after something like that, and its going to take a LONG long time to recover completely.

Definately go and see your doctor, or try phoning NHS Direct. In my experience these people are very helpful, have phoned them a couple of times for various medical things and if they think you need hospital treatment they will normally get the hospital to phone you back and go straight in. Their telephone number is 0845 4647 . Please phone them!!
