Sounds like smegma. Its a white substance all women have and also men with foreskins intact. The body creates it to keep the hood from adhering to the clitoris. Women should gently pull back their hood and clean the smegma away every day when they bathe. Warm water is all that is needed, some soaps can cause irritation to the area.

If you don't clean the dried smegma away daily adhesions can form. Most adhesions can be cured by soaking in warm bathes and cleaning with a Q-tip. Using just a tiny dab of Neosporian creme under the hood can clear up simple irritations. Extreme adhesions require going to a doctor.

You probably have a yeast infection, from the cottage cheese build up you are describing. Try over the counter vaginal cream "Monostat" it cost about $20.00, but it will be worth the try if you can't go to the doc right away. Do you have a yeasty smell, or a slimmy discharge that is clear or yellowish. Does it itch or burn when you void? If the vaginal cream doesn't work go see a doc.

It may be that your not cleaning yourself well enough and or rinsing well enough. If it's a yeast infection you will feeling burning and itching. If that's the case, get an over the counter cream for vaginal yeast infections and use it as directed.

It could be a yeast infection...but it could also be something more serious. Go to a doctor and get checked out...clinics like Planned Parenthood offer services on a "sliding scale"- this means you pay based on how much/how little you make (just bring in a recent pay stub). (I'm not sure if all PP clinics do this, but the one near me does...call them and ask).

Sounds like you might have a yeast infection. Try over the counter Monistat, you can find it at any drug store

MORE THAN LIKELY U HAVE AN INFECTION, AND MAYBE SOMETHING WORSE. U SHOULDN'T HAVE TO DO ALL THAT TO GROOM THE INSIDE OF U'R VAGINA IN ANY CASES. YOU DONT HAVE ANY CHOICE BUT TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL, OR DOCTOR, JUST GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM, GO GET SEEN QUICKLY, THEY HAVE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WHERE RECIEVE ANYWHERE FROM 30% OF THE COST OR MAYBE EVEN 100%. DON'T JEPORDIZE UR HEALTH LIKE THAT. EVEN IF U SCARED TO RECIEVE THE TRUTH. JUST FACE IT.
