i am 13.would doing lots and lots of situps and crunches everyday stunt my growth?

Envirocide® Disinfectant and Cleaner-
Does anyone know how to use it? Do you use this cleaner just like any type of anti-bacterial cleaner or do you have to be more careful with it? Can you clean kitchen cabinets with it?
I know it is strong enough to kill TB and HIV...
Any other knowledge would be greatly appreciated!

I have a bad cough and my doctor thinks it is allergies and he wants me to get a blood test. I have to get a chest x ray to. i don't mind that but if you say anything about needles and i am gone. i hate them. can anyone help me out?

Like those you go to once a year. I have never been sick. I was sick when I was a kid but I haven't been sick for many years. I'm 24. I have never been to the doctor since I was 8 or 12.

My left hand has been in a constant state of numbness. It's similar to the "pins and needles" feeling you get when a part of your body falls asleep. Except it is milder. I didn't think it would be too serious, but it has become quite a nuisance over the past few days. I first noticed it when I rested my head on my arm for about an hour. But the feeling hasn't gone away. The worst part is that it has had a bit of an effect on my left hand's dexterity like when I tried to play the piano, my left couldn't keep up with the right like it could before.

PS: My hand isn't a different colour nor a different temperature from normal.

any help would be greatly appreciated!

The last time I smoked was the 17th of this month. I have been on a clean out cycle since then. That consists of drinking LOTS of water, LOTS of tea, sweating, drinking vinegar, running about a mile, and urinating about 30 times a day ( although my goal is around 50-60 times a day).
At this rate, how long do you think it will take me to clear out enough to pass a THC drug test?

I'm 5ft 113 pounds. I never smoked before or after eating the brownie, which was eaten 14 days ago, but I have been around people who smoke. I can't really recall the size of the brownie, but I think it was pretty small.

I'm not worried about having been around smokers, because I passed a drug test once before after having been around them every day (the drug test is for a job).

Is it likely that I will pass a drug test today?

Also, I passed a home test, but the home test was weird because a light line meant thc present, a dark line compared to the control line was a negative result. Mine appeared to be negative, but I'm still not sure because I don't know how dark exactly the line could appear.

she was at 32 and we've got it down to 17. the docs want to do x-rays but their not saying exactly why!! does that mean it could affect her bones. we have worked with the health dept. and fixed the paint chips that was thought to be the cause. but her level is staying at 17 for 3 mons. she has not showed any problems or been sick which is odd for how high her levels were, but she is very limber!! almost circus stile, could the lead have anything to do with that, and any other ways to get lead levels down, like vit c, water, etc....

Since last thursday (6 day ago) I've had a headache. Its really bad when I wake up but I take some eccedrine and im fine and by mid day Im ok. Kinda start to hurt again by the end of the day. The pain is centered at the top of my forehead. I also get painfull headrushes when i make physical exertions.

My dad is the only member in our family who chain smokes. The smell in the house is horrific. Can his tobacco be treated with something that won't hurt him but at the same time make his smoking taste rotten to him? Surely someone out there in internet-land has thought of someway to do it. I think his habit is the worst and dirtest there is! Help!

I have not had an allergic reaction to anything, nor have I come into contact with poison ivy (which I'm not allergic to anyway). My hands and feet itch so bad that I scratch until they are bloody and keep scratching just to get some relief. What's the deal? I use prescription steroid cream, but it does not help. I wash my hands and feet regularly with hypoallergenic soap and I apply a prescription moisturizer immediately afterwards. I am careful to dry off completely. I am horridly uncomfortable and don't know what's wrong. Any ideas?

in the middle of the night i had awoken from a dream. i was just staring outside the curtains, wondering what time it was (so i know i was fully awake)
the room started spinning and dont mean like normal dizziness, where it spins round side ways, the room was spinning forwards!
dots were filling my eyes, and all i could think was "omg i'm going to pass out"
suddenly, my head just fell- so sudden my kneck had clicked very hard. i realised that my whole body had just totally relaxed and i couldnt move anything except my eyes.
i tried to lift my hand but it would not move at all.
my heart starting thumping so hard, i heard it.
then i started breathing so heavily and fast...maybe because i was really scared.
then my dad touched my arm and it seemed to scare me so much, i moved away. then i got control of my body once again...
it has happened before- lots of times... but not for a year now.
could anyone tell me what it is? or what causes it?
