Envirocide® Disinfectant and Cleaner?

Envirocide® Disinfectant and Cleaner-
Does anyone know how to use it? Do you use this cleaner just like any type of anti-bacterial cleaner or do you have to be more careful with it? Can you clean kitchen cabinets with it?
I know it is strong enough to kill TB and HIV...
Any other knowledge would be greatly appreciated!

Envirocide should not be used anywhere near a food preparation area, it is lethal if ingested.
Home use isn't appropriate, but if you must use it, use it in the bath or in the bed room but no where near where there may be food.
Spray on, wipe off basically.
