Yes you should be able to. As far as I know there is no age limit on buying vitamins.
And at your age you should be trying to get as many vitamins as you can, so its really a good idea for you to go and buy some.

As far as I know there should not be any problem. They are not over the counter meds so you can just go to any store and get them of the shelf
