Ok guys.. after I eat pizza, tacos, or something like that my stomach feels bloated, very fully, then I will hear gas breaking down in my stomach, followed by some stomach pain.. and then the crap feeling. This sometimes happen right after I eat, or early the next morning.

What does this mean!?!?!!?

My left ear suddenly became clogged. There doesn't seem to be water in it and I haven't been sick....I just woke up this way. I tried a mixture of Hydrogen Peroxide and Water it did nothing. Also tried decongestant. Would lying on a heating pad help the ear to open? Thanks.

time to put ear drops in your ears to soften the blockage(wax) before getting your ears syringed? I feel like the drops (cerumol) are doing nothing and i am kind of sick of it all, but i don't want the syringing to be sore! i have already seen my doctor who told me there was no infection, most likely a blockage, which i can feel when i put the drops in, so i was thinking of going to see the nurse on tuesday because if i don't I wont be able to go until friday.

Any advice from people who have been in the same situation?? Thanks to everyone who answered my question a day or two ago! x

I had a bloody nose last night that lasted for about 15 mintues... I was doing push-ups and while breathing out, blood spat onto the floor.

I had a similar case a few monthes ago, but not as intense.

Also, every once in a while, when I blow my nose/pick at it, this red chalky-like stuff comes out, and I think its dried blood.

Anyway, I havn't had a bloody nose in years, and all of a sudden all this is happening?? WHY?!?!

Well,...I'm asian (filipino) and I'm 5 foot tall and 100 pounds. My mom is 5"2 and my dad is 5"6. I don't know how tall my grandparents are...but..my 18 year old brother is 5"7 and my older twin sister is 4"5 but that's only because she takes pills for her sickness.......I haven't grown since last year and I just want to know so bad.

why the last 2 times i have worn it all day do i get a black mark exactly where the chain has been siting on my neck(so when i take chain off looks like i still have it on due to the shape of the mark).

Hi…I have quite a big problem which I can’t understand or find a solution. Every day this happens: I go to sleep at 9:40, then finally fall asleep until 11. Then I wake up at 2 am, and then again at 4 am. Then at 7 am I don’t want to wake up. Why is this? I exercise everyday, and eat healthy.
I don’t know if this has anything to do with that, but I watch horror movies since I was like 9.
Also, when I was younger and couldn’t sleep, I used to think about Tiffany Valentine [Chucky’s Girlfriend] to make me sleep. It’s just to weird. Can you give me any advise?

I "started" recovery from anorexia about a month ago, before this i was literally starving myself (ok i wont go into that cos this is about something else).
I have no idea whats happened, tho iv heard its common - iv suddenly gone so hungry the past few weeks that i think im binging now. Food literally looks foreign to me and i get crazy when i do eat. Some days its normal, other days my appetite seems to hit the roof and i eat till im uncomfortable. Its shameful and embarrassing but its like i turn into a caveman machine (tho im a woman). Im so scared of getting fatter than fat.
So my question is, how much time does it take to put on proper weight (thats visible) when binging? Pls dont leave nasty comments, i just want to know incase any of you have had a similar experience. Before this, i weighed about 7 stones at 5 ft 9. I dont look so fat now still and im amazed! Ppl still call me anorexic but i feel like its piling on, slowly it is.
I want to stop asap, HOW?

I started taking Effexor XR 112mg in early February. Is there any connection with food allergies and this medication, can this drug aggravate allergies? Since I began taking it, I have found two foods that I am severely allergic to that I have been eating almost my entire life. Refried beans from a can and home-made (not from Mexican restaurants though) and canned tuna fish, is there a connection here, both being canned? Should I go see an allergist or wil they just test me for common allergies like peanuts, pollen and dander? I'm not allergic to anything else that I know of, except shellfish, but I've known that for years and can control that easily.

About 3 months ago I was diagnosed with CFS. It's been almost unbearable as I've been trying to get a degree and it has been loads of hard work. The NHS have been rather unhelpful. I've been told to have CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and graded exercise therapy but the waiting list on the NHS is terrible and can't afford to go private. Do any of you have this? Have you got any advice on what is very useful for this? Please only answer if you have had direct experience or know someone who has. Thank you.
