I "started" recovery from anorexia about a month ago, before this i was literally starving myself (ok i wont go into that cos this is about something else).
I have no idea whats happened, tho iv heard its common - iv suddenly gone so hungry the past few weeks that i think im binging now. Food literally looks foreign to me and i get crazy when i do eat. Some days its normal, other days my appetite seems to hit the roof and i eat till im uncomfortable. Its shameful and embarrassing but its like i turn into a caveman machine (tho im a woman). Im so scared of getting fatter than fat.
So my question is, how much time does it take to put on proper weight (thats visible) when binging? Pls dont leave nasty comments, i just want to know incase any of you have had a similar experience. Before this, i weighed about 7 stones at 5 ft 9. I dont look so fat now still and im amazed! Ppl still call me anorexic but i feel like its piling on, slowly it is.
I want to stop asap, HOW?

What you're doing is so unhealthy. If you eat like that after starving yourself, you will begin to look abnormal and then try to become anorexic again. Just try to get into a routine of eating food. When you get up in the morning, eat breakfast and then stop eating. It will be hard, believe me, I was in the same position as you about 6 months ago. Then when your lunch time comes, eat a big lunch, but try not to throw down a bunch of fried and greasy food. if you get hungry in between meal times, eat a small snack and force yourself to stop eating once you're done with it. Just follow this routine or whatever routine fits your schedule so your eating habits are healthy and on track. It will take a while to get used to and you have to change it gradually. This is just a phase after your eating disorder.

Eat every 3 hours.
East foods that digest very slowly; such as apples, banannas, etc. 1 apple, 3 hours later, 1 bananna, etc.
Eat nuts, canned chicken breast, white, in water.
Get rid of the stress by doing aerobics and stretching every day.

It truthfully is determined by the TYPE of query. Some which are tediously worrying or trite, OR hateful rants OR while each and every phrase is misspelled (lyke omg so mi bff and me an my BF have been lyke all goin out an idk lyke omg .....) you already know, the ones type LOL. I bypass the ones. But i do not brain studying by way of a particularly lengthy Q whether it is respectable or exciting. Most of the Q's i reply anymore aren't lengthy nevertheless. But brief, humorous, and to the factor. xD ?

Are you under a doctor's care? If not, then you really need to talk to your doctor. It sounds like you're having a relapse & your recovery is not going well.
Good luck!
