I had a bloody nose last night that lasted for about 15 mintues... I was doing push-ups and while breathing out, blood spat onto the floor.

I had a similar case a few monthes ago, but not as intense.

Also, every once in a while, when I blow my nose/pick at it, this red chalky-like stuff comes out, and I think its dried blood.

Anyway, I havn't had a bloody nose in years, and all of a sudden all this is happening?? WHY?!?!

I used to get bloody noses plenty while i became a baby by way of fact the membranes in my nostril have been skinny and would dry out. My mom used to in ordinary terms placed a q-tip with vaseline in my nostril and coat it and it helped plenty. additionally, a humidifier can help. i do no longer advise utilising an air purifier as somebody reported...air purifiers tend to dry out the air for this reason making greater bloody noses.
