I'll tell you what has worked for me...taking multi-vitamins !! and rubbing good cuticle oil on them every night, regular trim/filing (the edges so you won't get them snagged) there are also products out there that help strengthen that really do work!!

if your nails are weak I suggest putting a hardener on them first, just take care of them don't bite em or anything like that if your nails don't really grow well get some acrylic nails put on then your real nails will grow underneath just remember to put a hardner on em after you take the acrylic nails off cause they will be real weak

You need vitamin E...The hair, skin, and nails vitamin. Drink water.

If you can't wait, get fake nails.

Instead of trimming your nails try filing that way they won't be jagged and they will still be long.

dont cut them?
paint them with either really pretty nail polish, or icky tasting nail polish so you dont bite them?
buy nail growth enhancing polish?

time, don't cut them, and consume more calcium (dairy products)
