this may seem like a really weird question, but does anyone know of some good anti-perspirant/deodrant? I sweat really bad and it is so embarrassing when get pit stains. I am using adidas right now and it works ok, but i need something better.

The trial pair my dr ordered for me did not work. He sent me home without hope for contacts because of the refractive surgery. Over the yrs, I have developed stigmatism and I also having seeing close up. I was told after the procedure that I may have trouble with this at the age most people do. I didn't count on the stigmatism, too, though. iF i could find some contacts to work, would I be able to order these on my own? Can my prescription be given to me at my request and maybe I could try some contacts on my own ? I don't think he wants to order any others for me to try.

On wednesday I am scheduled for a colonoscopy and an endoscopy and I started my 'prep' today. I had to drink 45mL of Fleet PhosphoSoda.

How long should it take to work? I took it 2 hours ago, and still nothing...

Im also only 14 years old, and I am very nervous about the procedures. Im kind of scared that it will hurt, or that I wont be knocked out because the doctor never mentioned anything about an anestetic. Should I be nervous?

I know it is a stupid question, but my mom and I know practically nothing about whats going to happen, so any suggestions or expierences are appreciated!

so, I had this little pimple [you could see the white of it] on my lip....& I popped it! All was good, It was almost healed when I, stupidly, scratched the scab off the top where I had initially popped it.

Then I picked at it too much & now it looks like a blister! I have never had cold sores before, so not sure if this is one. But It definitely started as a pimple, so I am thinking that I have just caused an infection from being an idiot & not letting it heal!

It feels GROSS & looks icky! I am making sure I don't touch it anymore [I have learnt a lesson from this!]

Any ideas? Could it be a cold sore? I have a bf, but have never seen anything similar on his lips...

I'm so fed up with contact lenses. I've been using them for a year now. I have tried EVERYTHING to make them feel comfortable. I can always, always, always feel them in my eyes ... constantly. Its so irritating. I thought they were dry so i switched to moisturizing lenses. Then I thought they were the wrong curvature for my eye so i went back, turns out it was right. Its hard to explain...sometimes it feels like the unsuction in my eyes lol, and then i feel like a pop and they're suctioned back on again. could it be that because my eyes are so small, the eyelid is always moving them around or something?

Bit like the ear lobe thing this..... if/when I want to chill out completely I like to peel the dead skin off the soles of my feet.
I know this is YUCK but it sends me into a nice relaxed trance!

I recognise this is quite disgusting and I wash my hands thoroughly afterwards...

Are there any more people out there who like to do this?
Do you have a link to a web-site of like minded individuals?

Since I can remember I've always found "twiddling" with someone else's ear lobes nice and comforting.

I mainly like big floppy ear lobes especially when they are cold.

I play with my son's ear lobes, my wifes, my mum's, brother and sister......

I just kind of twiddle them between my fingers gently, usually to the anoyance of the ear-owner

Are there any like minded people out there or do you have an internet link to my "twiddling friends".......

Sunday morning I did not eat and I got very shaky, pale, dizzy, and anxious. Once I ate a bowl of cereal I was fine. I was supposed to start my period 4 days ago and still haven't. I have knot on the inside of my neck right under my earlobe. I have bad allergies. ETC. No insurance so don't just tell me "just go to the doctor"!

A couple of weeks ago I had my first really bad panick attack. I had never felt this way before. I was just about to go inside the mall when I started get all numb, in my feet and them my hands. I never had a panick attack before so I just hought they had fell asleep, but then it got worse and my heart was pounding so I went back in my car and went home. When I got there thats when every panick sign u can imagen hit me I made my sister call the ambulance. Now a few weeks later I've been experiencing really small ones. I could just be watching tv and I will just get the numbness all over for a few minutes then it goes away. Since I had one major one...Is this going to be an ongoing occurence forever?

I usually get a cold once a month. and i have huge tonsils that always swell up when im sick and they seem to be the start of my sickness with sore throat and huge swollen lymph nodes where my tonsils are in your neck...im planning a visit to an ent doc to get them checked out and removed. my mom said when she was young hers were removed an she didnt get sick nearly as often as she had before....
anyone else have their tonsil removed and notice they were sick less often?? im 20 years old and im afriad it will hurt...any tips??

im getting very bad headahces lately alomst everyday. i ussually get them around 9 or 10 am and all the pain medications ive tried never work. ive even tried takin a half of my moms perscribed migrane medicine but its till doesnt owrk these headaches are so bad that i cant do anything but laydown in a cool dark room will a blanket over my head so it doesnt hurt as bad. what could be wrong with me? im not over weight at all and dont have any health problems. if anyone could help plz answer. m an 18 year old male and I am 5'10", which I know isn't short, the thing is my dad is 6'3" my mom is only 5'2", but the doctor told me I would be at least 6 foot. Is there any hope for me to reach this even though I'm already 18?

so i have this really bad sweating problem. dont get me wrong, i put deoderant and everything on, but it doesnt help. i try wearing light clothes, but that doesnt work, ive even tried wearing a white shirt under all my clothes but that doesnt work eighter. i never sweat at home, but in school i sweat like crazy. and its only in my armpits, not my forehead or antying. any advice would be GREATLY appreciated. =)
