what if i added all the nutrients i needed to the ice...
would my insides freeze?

Only Ice? You'll die within a few months of malnutrition. Eating ice is the equivalent of drinking water.

Only ice? Well, ice is frozen water, so you would sooner or later become malnourished from lack of food.
