Its true that you don't get sick as often. It will hurt but not for a long time. Eat a lot of ice cream and popcicles and that seems to ease the pain.

I have the same problems, however they refuse to take mine out. My doctors have always insisted that I would get sick more often without them, because the tonsils absorb infection.

But I'd much rather have a runny nose and cough than tonsils so swollen and sore that I can barely function.

I say...if they will remove em...get em out.

They do laser surgery most of the time now, it's an outpatient procedure and you're pretty swish after just a few days of eating soft foods.

Iv'e on no account had my appendix bumped off yet I unquestionably have had my tonsils bumped off. Durring the operation you do not experience something on the grounds which you're asleep. yet after the operation if in basic terms sounds such as you have an rather undesirable sore throat for a pair of a few days to a week. yet on the plus part you get to consume an excellent variety of ice cream and popsicals and issues like that. Mmmmmm!
