hi guys this is really embarrasing for me and i know its funny i dont mind if u laugh but on a serious note i need advice.
Whenever i eat cheese my belly ballons out and really hurts then i keep ermm what word to use bottom burping all night and it smells awful its really painful is this an allergy?

I need to know if I should drink more water, need more food or both! Everything seems kind of blurry right now and that happens a lot lately if I don't eat more than three meals a day or if it seems I am not drinking a lot of water! Or could it be I am just tired?

My mum has been suffering with really painful hips for several weeks now. It started on one side and then the other. She's had anti-inflammatary tablets from the doctor, but she's in extruciating pain and has great difficulty getting about.
She mentioned to me that she's been having grapefruit every morning for breakfast and is beginning to wonder if the acidity might be affecting her in some way. It seems to make some sort of weird sense - has anyone any ideas about this?

The past few days I have been taking St John's Wort (anti depressant) during the day and Valerian extract at night to help me sleep. Today though, i feel really up and down in my mood and have suicidal/self harm thoughts. This may be because something very depressing happened today, but Ive never had these feelings before. I also feel exhausted, and keep wanting to stab myself in the stomach. Could this be due to drug interactions? Ive never self-harmed

An elderley lady is having a cateract op on one eye and is travelling to and from hospital by hospital transport alone, do you think she will need someone with her as it is a local not a general but I would think she made have her vision impaired. This person is very stubborn and is insiting she will be ok what do you think.

I have the sneezes, headaches, run down and a dry, tickly throat. My throat/neck feels swallon, but how do I know if I have swallon glands? Please dont tell me to go doctors because if its just flu, I dont want to waste their time.

I am sure they can't be good for you.

I say ban air fresheners and open windows instead! Smoke outside!

If i go somewhere with 'air fresheners' i wonder what smell they have to hide.

I think they should be called air polluters, they don't freshen the air they cover up smells. And give me headaches.

What do people think?
