That can be an indication of a migrain or at times some types of seizures. Or you just might be sensitive period. :)

Sensitivity to bright lights and sound are common in migraine sufferers. Also, for people with epilepsy, these can be triggers for a seizure. That's way video and on line games have a sensitivity warning.
Some people with autism are over stimulated by bright lights and loud noises.

Usually those are the symptoms of migraines, most especially if the only thing that seems to help is taking a nap. There are other medical conditions as well,so you really should get it checked out.

It could be a number of things. Some people with autism reported having these symptoms, and also having an anxiety disorder could lead to experiencing them.

YOU MUST HAVE BLUE EYES HAVE YOU WORKED NIGHTS ALOT THAT WILL DO IT IF YOU WORKED AROUND ALOT OF NOISE BEFORE THAT WILL DO IT BECAUSE YOU EARS ARE SENSITIVE TO THE NOISE

eating processed foods, and eating foods that lack proper nutrition.
go out and eat a carrot.... carrots help the eyes.
