This is a correlative study. Do not believe correlative studies.
It's like saying that because someone has brown hair they eat more, based on a sampling of data.
How can they get the life span of everyone who's left handed on earth? That's the only way to definitively determine shorter life span based on this one attribute. Plus they'd have to do trials, to follow left handed people and make sure that's the only difference from a right handed person that is leading them to die sooner.
Plus if being left handed led to higher rates of death there'd be a pill to fix it, just like a heart condition.

no it`s not true a left handed person is supposed to be more perceptive than a rt handed one you would have been burnt at the stake years ago though as being left handed is linked to witch craft.(I`m left handed by the way)

I'm left handed too, so I was a bit worried to read your question! However, my Dad is left handed and he's just had his 80th birthday...... although he's had Alzheimers for 6 years! I've written my will anyway, just to be on the safe side!

That theory (and possible urban myth) is due to the fact that many manufactured items are engineered/built-for right-handed people. I've also heard something about left-handers being greater risk-takers than their right-handed counterparts.

to be honest I dont think its true. its just the way you write, no genetic condition whatnot that could make you live less. Its all fake. As a lefty, I have read this, and its untrue. but what is true is that we are more creative

If it were true, there would be readily available statistics to prove it. I can find no such statistics.
If anyone says it's true, they need to provide a source.
