I have cold sinuses 365 days a week..is there any way to get rid of runny nose and cold sores?

I'm pretty sure you cant get rid of it forever, but there are foods that are supposed to boost your immune system, you can search google

Try alternative medicine. Start meditating and practicing martial arts and yoga. Consider seeing an accupuncurist.

Buy a thicker, warmer coat. With a shawl and cap. Your wintercoat is too thin, that's why you catch colds all the time.
Keep your body warm.
