That's kind of stereotypical now isn't it. Anemia will undoubtedly cause stress on body organs, major fatigue, dizziness, rapid heart beat, and make a person feel sick. I should know, I am Anemic and I have never noticed myself being cranky because of it. However, it can cause irritability but just about anything can irritate a person, ill or not.

I have a rare blood disease unique for my ethnic stock which resembles anemia. I've killed so maybe I'm crazy but since it was what I was paid for you shouldn't think of me as cranky. A good thing about this is my utter lack of apology afterward. With cranky people the apology you received gets tiresome.
