I'm starting a juice fast and to reduce the pain that comes with detoxifying I need an enema kit. Please keep in mind that I don't live in a heavily populated area so where I can shop is limited. Thanks!

I hate the sun and dread summer time. I can usually take an hour or 2 but if its a full day it just completly drains me. most times i gets very dizzy, weak and shakey and some time get nautios. In the summer time even if i stay in doors if its very hot i get really dry itchy patches on my skin, if im in the sun on a hot day i get little itchy bumps all over my arms. I dont know why this happens. If i do go out in the summer time while the suns out i try to always have water with me but i still get very dizzy. I'm mixed with black and mexican and i've always heard ppl of color can tolorate the sun more but it just kills me. The first time this started happening i was about 10 and at summer camp. most of the time i was in the sick ward cause i couldnt handle the heat. the nurse said i was dehydrated and had heat exhaust (spelling???, sorry) can ppl be actually allergic to the sun and what can i do to tolorate the summer times more. I live in califorania so this condition really sucks!

I just saw an advert (commercial) for the newest AandE Intervention episode. The commercial started of with images of this very young, very proper looking guy… white shirt, blue jeans…sneakers to match.. “ I am addicted” smile )look of glee( mother father family we will help! Image young dude about to bang (this means inject the drug) OXYCONTINE…. This is not the right image to portray for addiction to this drug… I guess it has become a street drug… BUT the people who really suffer from this, to frequently prescribe drug are the innocent pain suffers just wanting some relief from their suffering….. The people who prescribe and dispense this drug are very unaware of the effect this drug has on the patient who is using it to relieve pain… first off it does help with pain.. no denying this… it does help.. the problem, as with all pharmaceutical drugs with time the effect diminishes and you need to take more.. Chronic pain suffers are really in trouble with this drug as chronic pain does not really follow a set course.. Some days its bad other days its really really bad. With an oxy prescription you never never allowed to fill it early…. If you try even for a legit reason you are treated like as a criminal!!! This is actually the norm for filling this kind of prescription even if you are on time….rye stares… questioning looks at the doctors signature on the prescription paper… Trying to get of this drug is a complete and utter nightmare.. with no understanding from as mentioned above the person who prescribe this drug and the people who dispense it.. Wow.. I guys I have said enough for now. I just wanted to know if anyone else fears the control that pharmaceutical companies have on health care in North America.. oh wait I mean the WORLD..

Okay I'm a little germaphobic and I just came back from a sleepover with two other girls and one went home because she got sick. Does this sound like food poisong or a virus?

Here are the details:
her dad was sick monday
Her brother was sick yesterday
her mom was sick today
and now she's sick
she has two other sisters who have yet to be sick

now here's why my dad thinks it was food poisonig:
she seemed perfetly normal untill after we ate a snack then she looked sick and vomited with in half an hour. if it was a virus wouldn't of she felt sick? she only threw up once before she went home

I don't know of anyone outside of her family that caught it

please what do you think? I am scared to death I'm gonna catch it.

To give a background, I know what Oxycontin is, and I know how it works, so please do not post any information about the drug itself, read my question carefully, and please advise.

I am currently prescribed 80mg Oxycontin pills for chronic back pain, and I am 18 years old. I would like to know if this dosage is a large dose for 18 years old, as my pain is expected to be permanent, and I do not want a tolerance to develop to a point that I will not be able to get relief for the rest of my life. Thank you, and any additional advice or personal experiences are appreciated.

This may sound like a joke, but this is really serious. My sister who's currently 5 years old suffers every week in the bathroom. She tries to "poop" but it causes her so much pain in the area where feces comes out. Seeing her tears and cries makes me hurt alot. When the feces finally comes out, it never flushes down becuase of its enormous size. I was wondering if there's a solution to this problem. I dont want to see my sister suffering every week like this...

I woke up today with a slight pain in the left side of my mouth, near the back of my teeth on the top side. I thought I had been grinding my teeth or something since it felt sorta sore/throbby but I know that I do *not* grind my teeth.

A bit later, I realized that it seemed to be affecting my sinus as well, making it feel sorta strange (not to mention making my left eye feel tired too). The pain doesn't feel like it's coming from a tooth (more like maybe the gum area?). I took an Ibuprofen and while it seems to have made the strange sinus infection pain go away, the throbbing in my gum/tooth, while it was never super-painful in the first place, is still there.

Anyone have any idea what this could be?
