Yeah, people are getting less inclined to accept responsibility for their own actions these days...makes you wonder why more people haven't died because it doesn't say anywhere on a knife that you shouldn't stick it in your eye...

The lawyers are engaging in a practice known as CYA, that's Cover Your A__. Unfortunately people will sue, and win, due to their own stupidity.
