Hangovers vary in degree of intensity. Some of the symptoms include nausea, headache, dry mouth, dry eyes, vomiting, and Diahrea. The best advice to givr you the quickest relief is to drink two or three beers or glasses of wine, or mixed drinks. I know this sounds absolutely insane, but take a veterans advice.......NOTHING WORKS BETTER! It's called the hair of the dog and nothing works better! If you do not have access to any more alcohol, the next best thing is to get some Goody's headache powders. They taste awful but they work extremely well.

The booze causes your brain to shrink due to lack of bodily fluids and that causes the headache. Then it causes upset in your stomach giving you the sick to your stomach feeling. Help comes in the form of drinking a glass of plain ordinary water between drinks. This keeps your body and brain hydrated and lessens the chance of you getting a hangover. If you already have a hangover mix beer with tomato juice and keep drinking it until you feel better. The beer takes the nasty edge off the hangover while the tomato juice settles your stomach and rehydrates you body

Your stomach needs greasy to coat it and absorb the alcohol making you sick. Drink plenty of fluids to rehydrate yourself. AND eat something really greasy, such as a burger and fries. OR fried potatoes and eggs. A greasy breakfast will do the trick.
Another thing, when you are out drinking, remember to drink water in between drinks. Drink another glass of water with some advil before you go to bed. That will help prevent the hangover in the first place...

Usually wine gives you the worst hangovers, But ciagarette smoking can make them worse. The only cure for them is time. Your liver needs to clear out the alcohol

depends on what and how much you drink. you will have an aching headache, feeling like you may need to vomit, feel slow and delayed all day long, feeling of fatigue and may want to drink an entire fountain of water!
my suggestions is to take some Advil or Ibriprofin and drink some milk after you get home from drinking. take the Advil during this event.
drink lots of water the day after and DONT drink and drive!!! you may also want to take a pain reliever if you still feel headache in the afternoon or morning.

Blood sugar goes totally out whack, you lose a few of your good brain cells. Best way to treat a hang over is to drink Gatoraid.
