If you notice that you're suddenly having a problem with balance, then yes, you could have some kind of disease. If falling ever becomes a problem, you should immediately discuss it with your doctor.

If your balance is compromised, yes, that could be a sign of something else going on, health-wise. If it just happens once, I don't think it's anything to be concerned about. But if it starts happening routinely, then you'll want to see your doctor.
