I'm very pigeon-toed and people always make fun of me for it. I cannot turn my feet outward at all... only inward and I can make them point straight but its hard to keep them straight for long. Are they any exercises or stetching I can do to fix this? I'm just tired of the comments.

I have narrow nostrils and whenever I take a strong breath through my nose my nostrils close up from the suction. I can't flare my nostrils either so I have to breath through my mouth unless I breath litely. Is there a surgery that can fix this or make my nose stronger? I really noticed I had a problem when I took yoga and I couldn't breath deep through my nose.

My ears are both clogged, my right is worse, and it is driving me nuts. I have a history of ear infections, and extremely waxy ears. I have tried cleaning them several times, with no wax which is rare for me. I am currently battling a mild sinus infection. I have been taking medicines to get rid of the blockage in my nose, and sinuses.

Please do not recommend I hold my nose, close my mouth and blow. That's a good way to bust some ear drums!

My hearing doesn't seem to be affected at all, and there is no pain just discomfort.

I would be talking to her, and she gets out these suspicious looking red pills and eats one. She finished a whole bottle in one day. It's scaring me. She said she "likes them." It's weird, she never said she wants to kill herself or anything, and she's generally happy. But she pops pills. She says they taste good or whatever. And yes, they ARE real pills, but sometimes she eats way more than the "suggested dose" of vitamins. It's scary... What should I do to help her? She told me not to tell anyone.

2 years ago I banged my head at work. I had a fit and decided that I should go to hosp ti get it checked out. My left pupil blew and I had some more fits. They did a neuro exam/CT/EEG/loads of bloods and found nothing. They referred me to an eye specialist who found no explanation either. I am curious as to what caused it, I have recovered fine but had no reason for what was wrong?

I was very upset yesterday about something and I remember considering e-mailing the Samaritans, but have absolutely no recollection of actually writing or sending an e-mail to them. But today I've had a reply from them, so I must have.........

It's really freaking me out that I can't remember it - I have no idea what I wrote in the e-mail, and absolutely NO memory of having written it in the first place.

I don't use any recreational drugs and I hadn't been drinking alcohol at the time. I do suffer from depression and anxiety, and I do have a tendency to dissociate slightly when I'm very distressed, but not to the extent of having no memory of an event.

Has anyone else ever experienced this? Why can't I remember writing to them? It's really scaring me :o(

Along with that - are they allowed to ask you for that information right out loud in front of others in the pharmacy?

I have a Dr. appt. in a couple of weeks but until then what can I do for this upset stomach? I use Pepcid and Rolaids constantly and it helps for a little while. Is there a home remedy I can try for longer term solution? I also take a little baking soda and water and a warm 7up but all this just gives me short term relief. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Have a nice day and thanks in advance.

I had to see a neurologist a few weeks ago and had a scan on my neck looking at blood flow from heart to brain, the day after got letters for other appointments, 1 for a CT head which I had yesterday another to see a neurophysiologist and another for a EEG. I had a subdural heamatoma nearly 2 years ago and was in a coma for 11 days it was also found out I had a problem with the electrolytes so I have my blood checked every month. My doctor was concerned as it had been noticed at times my speach was slurred(no not drunk), there is a history in my family of subdural heamatomas as my grandmother died in her 40s from 1 my brother had 1 age 9 and I also lost a baby who had 1. I am worried a little more of the unknown but am lucky am being checked out so am keeping an open mind. One thing does concern me is why I am being seen in the oncology(sp) clinic, is it because of the problem with my blood. So if you give me any answers would be grateful. Thanks
